Sugar Land Skeeters Baseball Drive Yourself Day Trip - June 12, 2017

by Della DuHart

On June 12th about 25 Tiers, family and friends met at Constellation Field home of the Sugar Land Skeeters. Although it was supposed to rain, we were all

like the mail men and women - nothing would keep us away.

We were playing against The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs.

We lost this game 6-2 (and dropped 5 of 6 in this series), but overall I think we all enjoyed the game.

It was Military Monday, but it was also Margarita and Dollar Hot Dog Monday.

It has really been a long time since any of us have paid a DOLLAR for a hot dog with all of the sides added. Let's not forget the margaritas.

They both went very well together.

We want to congratulate Mr. Lee Cotton (Delma Cotton's husband). He won 4 tickets to a Skeeters game of his choice by answering a trivia question in front of the 'whole' stadium on CCTV.

Come out and join us at the next game for a fast pitch and remember the tickets are free.
